Another group of great coach personalities was certified in Innovative People Development

The certification workshop took place in Frankfurt at the biggest ecological venue in Germany.
8 people successfully passed the certification, they showed us how professionally they work and impressed us how quick they were on the uptake considering the very short time frame of 3 days.

The participants’ feedback to this certification was very positive stating that these 3 days exceeded all expectations.
In a next step, we decided together how we would like to collaborate from now on, options ranging from internal TMA Coach to official TMA Partner.

Our strategic partner Great Place to Work also sent us two consultants of their inter­nal leader­ship develop­ment team for parti­ci­pat­ion. As a result there­of we agreed in com­mon that this workshop had ab­so­lutely made sense to in­tensify our partner re­lation­ship as well as to improve the understanding of TMA meth­ods and ex­pertise.

We all enjoyed the warm and constructive learning environment with great people and great ideas.
