Second Certification Workshop CHRD in Mumbai, India

In the era of digital transformation HR top management has been increasingly challenged by varied topics as globalization, diversity, employee retention and employer branding.

HR managers have been striving to shape their strategic role as partners of the corporate management board. The experts of Talent Management Academy knowing this scenario very well provided for specific support of HR professionals: From March 05 to 08, 2019 the 2nd certification workshop “CHRD” was successfully realized in Mumbai in cooperation with ”Competitor’s View”, Indian business partner of Talent Management Academy.

15 participants – all senior HR managers with a broad range of experience from different industrial fields dived deep into theories and practice around HR management, competency development and consulting under the professional guidance of Rolf Hartung and Dagmar Kilic.

Specific topics such as sustainable change in personal and organizational development, leading by influence as well as coaching of direct reports were essential elements of the workshop.

Focused on the TMA related USP represented by an own Talent Management Model the participants explored how a holistic approach can impact on retention rate, especially in case of high performers and, how trust and integrity can indirectly support the employer brand.

The last day of the certification workshop was characterized by a live consulting simulation to connect the dots of all learning contents.

Congratulations to the freshly certified HR directors ”CHRD” – you did a great job!
