STEPS TO BE TAKEN

1. We use our ECI (Emotional Connectivity Index) to figure out  in how far your employees are emotionally connected with your company.
2. Together with you we take a look at all your relevant business processes to identify what is still required or what would have to be transformed respectively.
3. Within 2 days you learn the language and tools of change and transformation in an online simulation, ActeeChange. The last two steps to be taken are a vision development workshop and a road map for implementation.
4. All workshops are supported by our Talent Management App and Quick Reference Cards.
