Second Teaser-Workshop with the TMA Experts in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

What is Agile Emotional Leadership from my perspective? How do I lead? And what can I do, to improve the emotional connectivity of my employees with the company?

The participants of the second teaser-workshop on the 11th of April 2019 in Frankfurt/Main worked on these questions.

Motivated by their own experience as employees and leaders, the participants had interesting conversations during their first group works.

Subsequently, they had the opportunity to be child again. The groups aspired to build the most beautiful, sure-handed and longest-distance paper-plane.

This allowed the participants to be experience the mechanisms behind Agile Emotional Leadership.

The workshop participants could gain first insight in the topic of Agile Emotional Leadership and reflect on their own experiences.

Rolf Hartung, the founder of TMA and his congenial partner Dagmar Kilic supported the learning experience of the group.
