“Belief can move mountains”
In last week’s podcast, Rolf gave you an idea of how beliefs would impact on behavior. Today I am going to talk about this topic because we’ve learned that beliefs do have a sustainable impact on our life by unconsciously driving our actions.
Let me ask you in what situation do you remember yourself feeling powerful? With a certain feeling of ease that you did something rather well… And what was the idea striking you, what did you believe at that moment?
Compared to other situations reminding you of things that did not work out… how did you think about yourself? Be honest… could you also believe in another way?
If you get up in the morning with the idea “today is going to be a great day”, you positively tune into yourself and your smile will make the day of many people. If you additionally take a note in the evening of everything good that has happened to you, you may boost your confidence with a feeling of gratefulness.
If you believe that you can make something happen through your capabilities and experiences, you encourage yourself. However, our brain tends to analyze everything that is faulty I am calling on you today: Train to have confidence in yourself and unleash your potential. Whether you have to pass an important exam,
hold a presentation in front of people you don’t know or you are interviewed for a job application. Believe in yourself and your force – because belief can move mountains!
