Everybody has behavior that that you don’t like, where you want to change
and how can I get a sustainable change?
From my experience, you need to have that right belief.
Instead of just trying to change a behavior.
So what can you do?
You can think about… what would be a possible good believe to have a different behavior.
What should I believe to behave different or,….
If you know somebody who has the behavior that you really like, what do you think that he or she think about him or herself?
And what is his belief? In this area.
This is a possible idea that you could think about this week, observe yourself
