It would be good to do that.
I want to do that now, or you do that now.
Listen to the modal operators of possibility, that’s what these words are called, and what they evoke in you.
When does an inner resistance arise?
When you are talking to others who are doing something for you or an instruction you want them to follow, what is it like? What words do you use?
Pay attention to must or must not, should or should not, can or can’t, may or may not.
