Consequently, a systematic, targeted and sustainable talent management is much sought after.
The German daily newspaper “Handelsblatt” and the marketing research institute “EuPD Research” have recognized the full significance of talent management and have set themselves the target to sponsor excellent and landmark talent management. As part of this joint initiative in spring 2018 excellent corporate talent management will be awarded for the first time in Germany – the German Talent Management Award.
