Last week Dagmar talked to you about the topic of motivation and to what extent motivation actually has to do with yourself.
If we now have something like an inner judgement yes, you do it like this,
you don’t do it like this…
Should I do that?
So something like your own judgement of the things that you have in your head, take into account. And of course also the external judgement.
I welcome you here now to the Emotional Connectivity Podcast of the Talent Management Academy.
That’s good. But that’s the right way to do it. That’s not how you do it.
Do you know how to do that?
How fast does every one of us get into an judgement?
We hear something we see something and bang! Judgement.
Right, wrong, good, bad, yes, no, I like, I don’t like.
Is it really like we think it is? Or only in our world. In our socialization. In our culture, in our family, in our company or or or Just with us. For myself.
I am convinced that the judgement happens so fast that there is almost nothing I can do about it. The only thing I could do is, I can be aware of the judgement.
I can be aware of it at the moment I do it.
If I’m so quick with the assessment and my friend Steve, who I’m very connected to in Florida, he always says. “It is all data Rolf”. What does he actually mean by that?
Data all just data, they are not good or bad or right or wrong. It is for now as it is.
Observe yourselves this week times. And make yourselves conscious, when you actually judge, yourself or others and what it would be like if you don’t do that.
Your world, your socialization, your culture. Your company. Your family. Your circle of friends.
Have fun with it in the outside world.
